Please note if you do wish to make a request for a leave of absence for your child from school, these requests need to be made in advance of the proposed dates.
From November 2008, if you wish to take a family holiday during term time, you will be requested to complete a new style holiday form, available either from the school office or downloadable below. This change of system will allow us to track holiday absences more effectively. We are striving to improve attendance in response to Ofsted and it has been pleasing to see the number of children with full attendance increasing.
Please complete a Leave of Absence form if you wish to request leave - this can be downloaded here.
