The school has a very strong, hard working Governing Body. The Governing Body is comprised of 13 members as follows:
- 1 Lincolnshire Education Authority Appointed Governor
- 2 Foundation Governors, appointed by the Burgh-le-Marsh Parochial Church Council
- 5 Parent Governors
- 3 Staff Governors
- 2 Community Governors
The Governors work in partnership with the Headteacher and staff, and make it their responsibility to ensure that the school provides the necessary support and opportunities for every child to fulfil their potential.
All members of the Governing Body are volunteers who have been elected to their position by the organisation they represent. The Governing Body is involved in major decisions which affect the school, including policies, the budget and the appointment of staff.
