Admission Form - If you wish to download the admission form St Peter and St Paul's Church of England Primary School you can do so here.
Holiday Form - If you do wish to make a request for a leave of absence for your child from school, these requests need to be made in advance of the proposed dates and made on a Leave of Absence Form. The form can be downloaded here or obtained from the School office. Once completed please hand into the school office as soon as possible.
Uniform Form - If you would like to place an order for school uniform please make your request on a School Uniform Form. The form can be downloaded here or obtained from the School Office. Once completed please hand into the school office as soon as possible. All orders will be dealt with on a Monday or Friday.
After School Club Permission Slip - To enable your child to attend any of the after school clubs you need to have returned to school a signed After-School Club Permission Slip. Permission Slips can be obtained from the School Secretary or can be downloaded here. Once completed please hand into the school office as soon as possible.
