Throughout the time your child spends at St Peter and St Paul Church of England Primary School you may be asked to take part in a consultation on a variety of issues. Approximately every sixth child (around 17% of you) will be asked to get involved with a particular consultation policy being discussed. This will not always be the same child so you won't constantly be asked to help.
The school would be grateful if you would read the Policy sent to you and complete the questionnaire attached. The completed questionnaire should then be returned to school in the envelope provided. Should you have any questions about the policy being discussed or anything associated with the consultation, please contact the school.
After consultation, and any amendments, the policy will go before the Governing body where they will either recommend amendments or accept the policy.
If the revised policy is accepted, the policy will come into force and should be followed at all times. Normally policies are reviewed every two years to ensure they still fit into the plan for the school.
